Rotarian Kuhlman provided the Second Opinion to the Wednesday “Messenger” Editorial Page. Randy provided a brief outline how the United Way helps families who will soon become homeless for a variety of reasons. More than often the family in need is a woman headed household with young children. United Way provides emergency services to help the family “get back on their feet” and remain in a home environment. Within the Webster County community this need is growing expotentiallty.
